PUBLIC NOTICE

October 24, 2022

This is to inform all interested parties that the Town of Wells has requested that the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry review the municipal comprehensive plan for consistency with Maine's Growth Management Act (M.R.S.A.30-A, Section 4301). As part of its review, the Department invites members of the public to submit written comments. 

The Wells Comprehensive Plan may be viewed at:  Comprehensive Plans: Municipal Planning Assistance Program: Maine DACF 

Written comments will be accepted by the Department through December 1, 2022.
