Sealed bids for the Athletic Field reconstruction project will be received by Marianne Goodine, Executive Assistant, at the Town Manager’s Office, 208 Sanford Road, Wells, ME 04090 until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids after 2:00 pm will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

| The contract documents may be examined M-F, 8:30am – 3:30pm at the following location: Wells Town Offices, 208 Sanford Road, Wells, ME 04090

| A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Thursday, April 9th, at 10:30 AM at 412 Branch Road in Wells.
