Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval for a 3,700 SF area within the Library‚Äôs rear parking area to be Business Retail Use for the Farmers Market. The property is located off of 1434 Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 51, Lot 3-B-EXE. Workshop completeness and compliance/ Findings of Fact & Decisions for possible approval

Home Innovations, LCC, owner/applicant. Dana Libby, Corner Post Land Surveying, agent. Preliminary Subdivision Application for a 13 lot/dwelling unit Residential Cluster Major Subdivision on 37.37 acres of land with private roadway and 15.66 acres of Open Space. Property is located off Bragdon Road within the Rural District. Tax Map 47, Lot 21 A.  Comment on Preliminary Subdivision Application for the Planning Board

Parker Ridge Development, LLC, owner/applicant; Norm Chamberlain of Walsh Engineering, engineer; Leon Blood of Lower Village Survey, surveyor.
