The Town of Wells, Maine Board of Selectmen and the Wells Ogunquit Community School District Board of Education invites you to submit proposals for a solar power purchase / net energy billing credits agreement to allow the Town and WOCSD to take advantage of Maine's net energy billing program.  The Town and the WOCSD spend an estimated $391,000 per year on electric power.  Please refer to sections 2 and 3 "Instructions to Contractors" and "Request for Proposal Requirements" for information concerning procurement of RFP documents.

Sealed proposals are due at the Town Manager's Office, 208 Sanford Rd., Wells, ME 04090 no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, December 11, 2020.
