The Town of Wells is seeking bids for Wells Harbor Pre-Dredge Mooring Removals.

Sealed Proposals, in envelopes plainly marked:

must be received by Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM. A Bid Opening will follow. Any bid received after this time will not be considered.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project includes the following work:

• Removal of moorings and associated chains, hardware, and mooring balls from Wells Harbor and transfer ashore for storage in advance of harbor dredge.

A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held. Interested contractors may visit the harbor to familiarize themselves with existing conditions in advance of bid submission as they deem necessary.

General Contract proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check for 5% of the proposal or a satisfactory Bid Bond in a similar amount.
