Eamon D. Moran, President, Aubuchon Realty Company, 1165 Post Road is requesting a Variance pursuant to Article V Section §145-26. F. (4) Dimensional Requirements. The Variance Appeal is based on an “as built’ plan showing lot coverage to be currently at 89.3%. The dimensional requirement is not to exceed 65%.  The property is located in the General Business District.  The lot is further identified as Assessor’s Map 123 Lot 073.
