Anthony Altieri, owner/applicant. Corner Post Land Surveying Inc agent. Subdivision Application for a 3 lot/dwelling unit minor subdivision on 16.23 acres of the land. Parcel is located off of Cheney Woods Road and is within the Rural District. Tax Map 15, Lot 4.

Ty Pombriant, owner/applicant. Site Plan Application for an existing building to be used for Business Service, Business Retail, Business Office uses with associated parking.
